How it works
Our outsourcing services are catered to the client's needs and their exisiting accounting procedures. Thus, our initial meetings with prospective clients start by understanding and documenting the client’s process to be outsourced. We have developed a methodology we call "DESTiny", ensuring that we capture all the requirements of an outsourcing engagement, guarantee a smooth transition and help clients realize the efficiency and profitabilty improvements from outsourcing in a time effective manner.
Discovery – During this phase we identify the outsourcing engagement by interviewing management and staff to understand the business processes to be addressed and formulate an efficient solution for the outsourcing engagement.
Envisioning – During this phase our project managers train the staff in India on the specific skills and tasks necessary to proficiently deliver the outsourced solution.
Stabilizaiton – During this phase the K&A team will be in full production mode, while we run parallel with the clients existing processes, ensuring accuracy and uncovering exceptions and idiosyncratic componenets of the process.
Transition – With the K&A team performing the outsourced tasks, clients are free to disengage internal resources and transition staff as necessary.
