Inter-office Training and Technical Summits

Kellogg & Andelson is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment that fosters employee empowerment and growth. K&A offers a wide range of scope and opportunities to its employees to participate in its many technical conferences and summits organized for its staff by management. Topics discussed at these summits range from technical concept sharing and expert explanations to operational strategy in relation to acquisition integration.
This effort offers a unique opportunity for department heads, assistants and the rest of the employees to cross-train in different departments and to explore the options to specialize in a particular area within the department itself.
We have a team of professionals that focuses on planning and presentation at these tech summits. This effort involves having members of our India office periodically visit the Los Angeles Head and Branch offices to understand procedures and techniques followed at the US offices and to compare with procedures followed in the Chennai office. This training technique achieves the broad range of objectives ranging all the way from a first introduction to expert knowledge on specific subjects.
K&A Technical Summits are aimed at achieving the following goals:
